Shiagog Personality

Shiagog Personality

Personality:

Shiagogs are known to be extremely cold, possessing only a small capacity to understand true emotion. Their emotions run shallow, to say the least, however it wasn’t always like this. The Shiagog once had deep running and ride complex range of emotions. They once felt compassion and passion. They had deep and devote devotions to right and wrong. However, after the curse of the shadows was placed upon all Thia, the Shiagog became unable to truly express themselves. Deep shame-filled them for their violent actions that had laid waste to entire kingdoms under the rule of the aspect known as Gushtal.

Bound to a code of logic, many if not most of the Shiagog refuse to release themselves from the curse that was bestowed upon them. They uphold themselves a logical being, seldom given into love, passion or care. The only ones among the Shiagog in fact that don’t refuse to feel emotion is Angri Si’. The Angri Si’ being the ascended Angerlians. These Shiagogs hold the deepest and greatest capacity for rage the multiverse has ever known. They are violent beyond belief, known as avengers of the shadow empire.

This all being said, there are several severe flaws in the Shiagog personality as their drive for self-mastery and perfection, is also their undoing.

Prone to become anal retentive, the Shiagog thrive in perfection in all they do. This leads to an obsessive-compulsive disorder when dealing with a mess and disorder. The Shiagog are also known to be drawn to shiny objects, which can easily distract them… Though never on the battlefield. That being said, they have known to fly off into the distance for days at a time in search of why the light was glimmering of a mountain top. Merely because the shine distracted them.

Shiagog is also known for being stubbornly honour bound, sometimes to their own detriment. Their link to the source gives them not a perception of good and evil, rather balance and imbalance of the cosmic chaos. Bound to their duty, they will go out of their way to correct the balance between good and evil, law and disorder outside of Thia. For this reason, several historical Shiagogs in the worlds of the shadow empire, have been the causes for catastrophic great wars.

Longing for the touch of mortals, Shiagogs often find themselves observing outside worlds and cultures. Yet the curse of Thia prevents them from ever being with one. The mere essence of the Oboron alone is enough to kill any of those they seek to be with a Thian, and if that Shiagog changes an outsider. Often it destroys the feelings they once had for them.

However, this longing to be with them has led to a vast culture in Thia as they often hold close nonphysical relationships with certain outside groups of mortals. These relationships have led to a growth in knowledge and wealth.  They have also led to many other flaws in their personality traits such artisan eccentric behaviour to stubborn brutish black smith demeanours, depending on whom and what the Shiagog had befriended. Shiagogs are extremely good at assimilating the impersonation of the perception of emotion and personality… Even though they have limited forms of their own. It almost appears to be genuine to those that don’t truly know a Shiagog.

From painting to crafting, stonework to music. The Shiagog has been the centre of culture among the empire from its very start. They may not be able to be with a lover from outside their realms, but the can mimic to an exact replica of most artistic and scientific values in which they have observed… This has led to the expansion of imperial culture and caused their home world to even become the central culture and legend of many other worlds.

The essence of the Shiagog is one of beauty, harmony, balance and artistic creativity. It is said as a people that no other culture has ever been known to rival theirs, at least outside the ancient ways of the samurai.

Duty bound, oath-bound and with a steadfast hand, they are the absolute masters of Gung-Fu in any art, trade and crafts. It is said any study they put their mind to they will devote their entire being into absolute mastery. When they have achieved that mastery, they will find ways to expand on it, push it further than anyone had thought possible… And then they will push more…
